Payments and Bookings
A 50% deposit together with your credit card details are required to secure your booking. For accommodation bookings of 7 days or more a discretional discount may be applied. All payments can be arranged by calling Strathbourne Accommodation on (+61) 0885364990. Payments by Visa and MasterCard can be arranged.
We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your booking for genuine reasons we will refund your deposit in full with the exception of short notice cancellations (less than 48 hours). For all other cancellations, the following Cancellations Policy has been adopted. Cancellations of bookings 21 - 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 10% administration fee of the quoted/confirmed tariff of the booking. Cancellations made to bookings 14 - 7 days prior to the arrival date incur a 50% administration fee. Cancellations of 7 days or less prior to the arrival date incur a 100% administration fee.
Rates are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Accommodation must always be paid in full immediately upon arrival. We accept cash and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). We do not accept personal cheques, Diners and American Express cards.
