A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
For accommodation bookings of 5 days or more, a discount may be applied. All payments can be arranged by calling Strathbourne Accommodation on (+61) 0885364990 or
Payments by cash on arrival or bank transfer 5 business days before arrival are accepted. We do no have credit card facilities.
We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your booking for genuine reasons, we will refund your deposit in full 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations of less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% loss of your deposit.
Rates are in Australian Dollars and include GST. The balance of your accommodation payment must be paid by cash on arrival or by bank transfer 5 days before arrival.

Arrival and departure policy
Arrival time is after 2pm and until 7.30pm (or please phone 0409913538 if a later arrival is expected). Departure time is by 10am unless otherwise negotiated. A late check out fee may apply. We are unable to accommodate toddlers, children under 10 years or pets.
Minimum stay policy
A 2-night minimum stay applies over long weekends public holidays and peak periods.
Smoking is strictly NOT permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided outside.
Food and drink policy
Customers with special dietary requirements are advised to inform Hamilton House B&B of the same in advance of their arrival. Hamilton House B&B will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate such requirements.
Hamilton House B&B provides breakfast (Continental breakfast) which is included in the room rate.
