Two romantic bed/sitting rooms tastefully decorated with period furniture.
The Lady Jane is a large comfortable bedroom and sitting room with kitchenette set up in the walk through robe.
The Dawson is a smaller bedroom with all kitchen facilities within the room.
Both have heritage style en-suites; the Lady Jane en-suite has a bath and shower, the Dawson room en-suite has a shower only
Both have Queen size beds with electric blankets; single beds are not optional
Table and chairs, TV/DVD, arm chairs
Both fully air conditioned bedrooms are adjacent to the lounge and dining room which may be shared with other guests should both rooms be booked by separate parties
Bar fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, Continental breakfast supplied in room
Polished floors, high ceilings
Free Internet access
Extensive cottage gardens with numerous secluded outdoor living areas perfect for reading, relaxing and unwinding
Off street parking for your car

PRICE

Tariff as of July 2024

Lady Jane Room (larger room at front of home) & Continental Breakfast - AU $190 per night

Dawson Room (smaller size) & Continental breakfast - AU $160 per night

Long weekends and special event weekends require a minimum 2 night booking.

Wedding party preparations are welcome however they require both rooms to be booked for two nights and we need to be informed on booking. A surcharge of $100 extra applies.

Payments by bank transfer 5 business days before your booked arrival date or cash on the day of arrival.

Tariff includes

Luxury accommodation within our home in either bed/sitting room, Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, linen and towels provided.

Guest use of the main lounge, dining room, outdoor facilities and garden; off street parking.

Homemade afternoon tea, fresh fruit, complimentary Port & chocolates, Continental breakfast supplies.

Arrival time after 2pm; departure by 10am unless otherwise negotiated. We are unable to accommodate children or pets.
